We brought our little fellow home yesterday and spent our first night together.
I have learned a few things already.  First the boppy pillow is the greatest invention ever.  Second, number 1 is not the only fluid capable of projecting (our window curtains are in the wash as we speak), third I need to get much better at changing diapers as to not have to wash the curtains every time, and lastly so far, being up in the middle of the night isn't so bad when you have your incredible baby to keep you company.
On another note, we have  had a lot of help from our families the past few days and received a lot of well wishes from loved ones.  Thank you all so much for all the help and all the kind words.

Welcome home Andon! We can't wait to meet you!
ReplyDeleteBen, in anticipation of you perfecting the diaper changing technique, I'd like to sign Nate up for some lessons; how soon do you think he could start?
:) Eva
Hey Eva, You can start him right away! Any time Nate wants to come by and change some diapers he is more than welcome. There are about 10 opportunities each day!
ReplyDeleteLove the new pictures. Hate to have to break the bad news, but as a nurse I have come to understand that despite all of the training, energy, societal and peer pressure that goes into us learning to control our bodily fluids, we often, as we age, end up returning to our roots and have issues with (ahem) projections. Sorry. Maybe you should invest in a boopy cover to ensure it's protection?
